Melt Your Own Wine Infused Chocolate

Join us on April 17 at 12:30 for our Melt Your Own Wine Infused Chocolate event.

The Robinson Family has over 100 years of chocolate making experience and has agreed to combine their knowledge and expertise of making high quality chocolate with The Grape Escape’s expertise in wine making to create five custom blends just for you.

Each custom blend is created by Robinson’s Master Chocolatier Jim Robinson of Robinson’s Fine Candies in Princeton, using their own family recipe blend of semi-sweet Belgium and Swiss Dark Chocolate. The Grape Escape’s one-of-a-kind blends are:

Cabernet Bar- Hint of blackberry infused with Cabernet Sauvignon
Pinot Noir Bar - Kiss of cherry infused with Pinot Noir
Shiraz Bar - Touch of orange and raspberry infused with Shiraz
Merlot Bar - Raspberry goodness infused with Merlot
Original Bar - Special blend of rich dark chocolate

Each unique chocolate bar comes in it’s own custom labeled gift box made by you. The cost is $70 per person or $120 a couple and includes the following activities:

* History of chocolate making and discussion on different chocolate types

* Chocolate and wine tasting/pairing

* Melt your choice of custom blend of chocolate (enough for 6 custom bars per person)

* Infuse your chocolate with wine (directly from the barrel!)

* Create custom labels for your gift boxes

* Shrink seal your chocolate bars

* Enjoy our grilled pear with chocolate balsamic sauce prepared for you

The chocolate blend and wine infusion for our Vintner’s Cocoa Collection is only available at The Grape Escape. The Grape Escape winery is located in Dayton NJ (near Princeton) and is home to many unique food and wine events.
