Clam Sauce Cooking Competition
** Third In Series of Cooking Competitions at The Grape Escape **
We've had Pasta Fagioli and Meatball Competitions...now we are having our Best Clam Sauce competition. Come see our 4 amateur chefs compete for the title of Best Clam Sauce! Join us on Saturday, April 28 at 12:00 PM for our third cooking competition at The Grape Escape.
Taste each recipe and cast your vote to help choose the Best Clam Sauce. The winner of the Best Clam Sauce will win ΒΌ barrel of wine (60 bottles.) Reservations are required and space is limited for this completely unique culinary experience.
The cost is $30 per person and includes the following:
* Food provided by Postino Restaurant
* Wine and Chocolate Pairing/Tasting
* Taste and help judge the cooking competition
* Wine tasting from our barrels
* Recipes for Clam Sauces
