George Staikos is a rising star in the NJ wine scene and is well known for organizing The New Jersey Annual Wine & Food Classic at Fairleigh Dickinson University. This event is the fastest growing wine, food and education event in New Jersey. There are three days in which to enjoy three different events:

Six Wine Dinners pairing a top New Jersey restaurant with a world-renowned winery.
Friday, April 28:
The Grand Tasting & Silent Auction from 6:00pm-930pm at Lenfell Hall on the Madison Campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. This signature event will feature:
Saturday, April 29:
Eight Wine & Food Seminars from 11:00am-5:00pm at Hamilton Park Hotel in Florham Park, NJ. (topics and speakers are listed on the website http://www.njwineandfood.com)
Proceeds from The New Jersey Annual Wine & Food Classic go toward the Scholarship Fund of the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
The Grape Escape and George Staikos have put a special package together for Grape Escape customers. The Grape Escape will offer packs of 10 tickets to the signature event, The Grand Tasting and Silent Auction. The 10 ticket pack will be nearly 30% lower than if you purchased on your own. Each ticket will be discounted to $40 rather than the customary $55. The Grape Escape will have a signup sheet at the winery and you may pay at The Grape Escape for your convenience.
